Shopper Activation Manager

Job Description  Exciting new position on our Shopper Activation team.  The Shopper Activation Manager is responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing plans for key customers for our portfolio of brands. They will support the Sales team with development and execution of shopper marketing programs that drive sales and build loyalty among shoppers & our brands. The Shopper Activation Manager will work across channels and with key customers to develop and align on plans and implement the creative and tactical elements of those plans. This person must demonstrate strong creative and analytical skills, the ability to influence others, a passion for the consumer, and a drive to deliver desirable results. Specific responsibilities for the role include: Understand company and retailer strategies/ objectives to define insight-based shopper marketing programs that achieve customer, brand and company goals within the specified class of trade  Work internally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Insights, Category Development and other teams, as necessary, to align objectives across all key stakeholders and to help identify shopper marketing programs that can be implemented at key accounts Develop and manage creative process for assets across customers including circulars, PFPs, in store signage, digital marketing campaigns  Draft briefs for 3rd party agencies for creative and/or campaign development   Manage thought leadership projects to promote our brands, portfolio, and innovations in a unique and compelling way with our key customers Perform post-analytics on programs to understand ROI and improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to make recommendations for future plans Actively participate in annual planning to help build sales driving marketing programs for key retails in the Grocery channel. Work collaboratively with other Shopper Activation associates to share best practices and establish KPIs by retailer and channel. Qualifications  Qualifications 3+ years of experience within the CPG industry (relative experience in Shopper Marketing, Sales, Marketing (brand or customer), Shopper insights, Analytics, Brand Management, Category Development or relevant agency) Experience within the Vitamin or Diet/Nutrition categories a plus  Knowledge of digital marketing and conversion tactics a plus (may not need this) Experience w Grocery category customers a plus Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Must have strong oral and written communication skills to influence and secure cross functional support Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Driven self-starter w/ ability to take on and lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Ability to develop strong relationships across many functions and external partners  Works well in a team environment  BS/BA required  Willingness to travel 10%-20%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
