Project Coordinator - Service

Job Description

Major school furnishings and equipment distributor seeks energetic self-starter for its Service and Repairs Department.


Our product lines include lockers, bleachers (indoor and outdoor), athletic equipment, arena curtains, scoreboards and auditorium seating.


Following are the job requirements:



  • Coordinate service calls with customers and installers

  • Prepare and follow up service quotes to customers utilizing Salesforce CRM

  • Maintain a service schedule

  • Solicit prospective customers via phone and email

  • Maintain a shared calendar of installers

  • Prepare complete and accurate work orders for the installers

  • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback after work is completed

  • Follow up with service technicians after work is completed

  • Analyze the factory's databases to determine repair service opportunities

  • Source parts for equipment

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics SL for job profitability review

  • Prepare weekly summary reports to include quotes, bookings, delivered sales and backlog

  • Order processing , budget set-up and project management

  • Data entry

  • Customer service

  • Review and process factory and installer invoices to accounting

  • Warehouse administration

  • Special projects as needed


Additional requirements include:



  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Attention to detail

  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus

Salary is commensurate with level of experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
