Purchasing Admin

Responsibilities Duties:

o Assures Purchase Orders are set up in the system under the budgets, and time frames set per job/purchase.

o Interacts closely with Project Managers, Designers and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

o May maintain inventory control consistent with budgets set forth by the company

o Adheres to warehouse procedures

o May assist in ensuring the shipping and receiving process as it relates to material purchases

o Reviews invoices to ensure the company is receiving the right price and the materials or services were received

o Works closely to the Purchasing Department.

Qualifications:

o Good oral, written and telephone communication skills

o Excellent customer service skills

o Moderate to advanced computer skills

o Knowledge of plumbing or fire sprinkler material

Direct hire position; salary commensurate with experience plus benefits



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
