As a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, your pivotal role involves facilitating the swift onboarding and credentialing of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants (HHAs/PCAs) seeking to provide patient care within our community.
Your responsibilities will encompass direct interaction with caregivers, overseeing a seamless and expeditious journey from the initial employment phase to the conclusion of their tenure.

Human Resources Onboarding Specialist Core
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in as an HR Specialist/Onboarder preferred Previous experience in home care not required Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word/Excel Technology adaptability to learn scheduling and training software (Sandata, HCPLUS, HHA Exchange or Santrax) Remain professional and composed under pressure Expert time management & multi-tasking skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Human Resources Onboarding Specialist Core
Responsibilities:
Be the main contact for caregivers in onboarding, during employment for credentialing updates and addressing employment concerns and inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date HHA/PCA records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including medical documents, certifications, and other documents.
Consistently conduct outreach and follow up for caregivers missing required documents.
Cultivate positive, professional relationships with caregivers and team members Respond swiftly to urgent situations, coordinating immediate solutions as needed.
Provide relevant and quick updates as needed to leadership.
