Job Description:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Perform business / process / systems analysis; Understand business requirements and how they translate in application features; Document analysis efforts and resulting design to common business standards; Design, develop, debug, maintain and enhance applications and application programming interfaces (API's); Perform functional and non-functional testing; Support users as required in the appropriate use of the organization's custom and third-party software; Develop SQL and database logic (stored procedures, triggers, etc.
) Produce accurate and well-written technical documentation; Perform all work effectively and efficiently, in accordance with Authority standards and procedures, utilizing Authority-standard tools; Keep management appropriately informed of project-related activities and events; and Document actions taken to resolve all issues within the SCA's service management application and close incident tickets in a timely manner.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience; Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Excellent analytical capabilities.
Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design.
Good understanding of Azure cloud concepts, services, and infrastructure Understands Agile project management methodology.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
