Sales experience is a plus! We currently have an opening in our Ronkonkoma, NY location for a Customer Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
responding to customer in a timely manner Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
Ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Process service calls and quotes.
Gather necessary information to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, which may include arranging Skype meetings, and collecting photos and videos.
Track all service requests and parts quotes.
Assist in developing processes and procedures to improve customer service group.
Special projects as required.
Required Skills:
Able to multi-task Excellent communication skills, ability to take thorough notes and complete daily reports.
Must have advanced Excel and Word skills.
Strong follow up skills.
Must be energetic and have enthusiasm for learning our product! Proactive, self-directed, detailed and organized in order to take lead of any situation.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
Sales experience a plus.
MRP knowledge is a plus.
Required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years relevant customer service experience Background in manufacturing equipment, parts equipment and assembly is preferred but not required.
COMPENSATION:
Is based on experience.
