Program Manager, Managed Service Program

This position is located in Long Island, NY.
You will earn a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on your experience, and enjoy the following

This includes:
Understanding the details of our services, procedures, and site-specific client agreements.
Demonstrating knowledge of the client's mission and challenges by frequenting the client's website and participating as a business partner with client staff as a supplemental labor subject matter expert.
Managing the temporary vendor relationships, which include additions, ending assignments, involuntary dismissals, performance, quality service and evaluation collection.
Communicating with vendor representatives to resolve vendor employee issues.
Completing operational analysis for all new program users.
Tracking service levels and initiating process improvements, when needed.
Directing all billing and invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
Managing all assigned personnel.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in healthcare staffing or vendor management and performing human resource related tasks.
In addition, you must have:
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
